Ira W. Bloom Addresses Municipal Officials at CBA Planning and Zoning Seminar
Senior Partner Ira W. Bloom was a speaker at the Connecticut Bar Association Planning and Zoning Section seminar for Municipal Officials on March 6, 2012. Normally held at Wesleyan University, this year it was a virtual conference with over 600 attendees. Mr. Bloom spoke on “Affordable Housing from the Municipal Perspective.” It was his ninth appearance at this prestigious seminar.
